We had our last meeting at the club house with lights, heat and a new door. I guess we won’t have a lock for a while. We will need one when we get some things in the house worth steeling. We had an abbreviated work day Saturday after the meeting. Frank, Bob & I showed up. Mike came by after the ladder fell on my head and Bob had taken me to CMH for a few stitches. So you might say I’m giving my life blood to this project. Bob said he will show up early Thursday to help me put up a light and the metal on the overhang. I don’t know what the plans are for getting rid of the pile of dirt in front of the club house. It’s sort of in the way for our fun fly. I plan to provide a plane for a raffle in hopes of acquiring enough money to finish the club house. We can discuss it at the meeting. I would like to know who intends to rejoin this year so I will know who wants a newsletter. The Fun Fly is still on for April 23 so come on out and enjoy the day with us.
