Jim House
We had our last meeting at the club house as always and plan to continue having them there. We discussed another Pro Bro for this year and no one was very interested so we decided to have another fun fly instead. Fred Ware was at our meeting and plans to join. I’ve known him for 23 years. He is a good flyer and is a manager at Superior Gear in Stockton. I will submit a list of material for winterizing the club house at this meeting. There is no big hurry as we have over two months to get it done. I will miss Marshall Nichol. I enjoyed flying with him.
A thank you letter will be presented from St Judes by Mike, for our donation in his behalf.

10 Members present.
Randy called the meeting to order at 1830.
Randy brought up the subject of paying for the mowing at the field. There was some discussion and James Hubbell suggested $10 per week retroactive to May and 26 weeks inclusive. A check for $260 was authorized for Mike Proffitt to cover the cost of gasoline to mow the field.
Randy asked Jim House to come up with an estimate to finish the clubhouse.
A budget committee was named, James Hubbell, Frank Artz, Steve Rubbel and Mike Proffitt.
A suggestion was made to close off the doors at the end of the building and make that permanent walls, leaving doors on the front only.
We had a guest, Fred Ware (?)
A fly in was discussed and approved for October 14, Saturday. Landing fee $10 includes lunch for pilots.
Wednesday night cookout July 19, 2006. (cancelled due to heat)
Meeting was adjourned at 1900 hours.
