Jim House

We had our last meeting at the club house but I was late and missed most of it. We do need about $200.00 to complete the inside for the winter. I intend to participate in the fun fly next month. The weather has been to hot most of the summer so I haven’t been very active.

Meeting will be at the club house September 14, 2006 at 6:30pm

MINUTES  August 10, 2006

Randy Cameron called the meeting to order at 1830.

July minutes were read and approved by the members present.

There was discussion about the budget committee meeting. A tentative date for August 19 was agreed upon by the committee members present.

Jim House said we could  finish the inside of the clubhouse for approximately $200.00

He also said he would prefer to wait until the weather was a little cooler.

James Hubbell and Mike Proffitt volunteered to handle the Fall Fly in October 14^th.

We had a visitor from Pleasant Hope, Shane Hale who subsequently joined our club.

Meeting was adjourned at 1845.

The budget committee met with Mike, James and Frank Artz present. I kept no notes so we’ll have to make a report from memory at the September meeting.
